This time, I went to meet Rohingya refugees.<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s a really horrific situation to comprehend\u2014particularly after sitting in the tents with these families and listening to their stories. The Rohingya are a people group from Myanmar and are currently experiencing a genocide. \u00a0The stories of terror, mass killings, torture, rape\u2026 they have experienced the worst that this world has to offer.<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-6112\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.savingmoses.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/DSC017130.jpg?resize=800%2C593&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" height=\"593\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Since September, hundreds of thousands have fled their country and crossed the border into Bangladesh. I talked to moms who were toting newborns on their hip as they were running for their lives. Some even&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8230;had to give birth while they were fleeing genocide.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Hearing their stories absolutely broke my heart.
