IMPORTANT COVID19 UPDATE
During the global spread of Covid 19, Saving Moses continues to monitor and assess each of our countries’ needs to ensure the protection and care of our teams on the ground while still providing essential services for our babies and toddlers. In some countries, we have shifted our programming to best serve the urgent needs of babies and toddlers where Covid 19 is spreading.
Specifically, in our NightCare countries we are providing Care Boxes to mothers and babies with essential supplies. Care Boxes include- diapers, formula, food, and soap. These populations are the most vulnerable to the virus as they live in slums or on the streets and often have no access to healthcare.
Our Malnutrition clinics in Sub- Saharan Africa remain operational and provide therapeutic milk as babies continue to suffer from Severe Acute Malnutrition.
