How much of my donation is going toward the babies?
Your donation supports Saving Moses’ work for babies and toddlers. Our audited financial statements separate program services, administration, and fundraising expenses so you can see how resources are used.

Can I donate clothes, food, etc?
Currently we are not set up to receive gifts in kind. The best way to help is through monetary donations. Explore ways to give or monthly giving.
How can I volunteer with Saving Moses?
At this time we are not set up for volunteers as our team is working
remotely. But we will be quick to post updates if that situation changes.
What we are not:
- A ministry spreading the gospel: While our founder is a Christian figure, we do not proselytize. Our focus is meeting humanitarian needs among
the 0–5-year-old population. - An orphanage: Though the need was introduced to Sarah through an orphanage, our programs address issues not specific to orphans.
- Marilyn Hickey Ministries: It’s true that our organization was founded by Marilyn Hickey’s daughter, but we are a separate organization.
- A child-sponsorship organization: While we do offer the opportunity to support one or more children a month, we do not pair donors with individual children overseas for communication.
- A “child-focused” organization: We exclusively work with the 0–5-year old population. The term “child” typically refers to anyone younger than 14 (especially regarding data, like “child mortality rates”).
Refunds:
Policy: Charitable donations are nonrefundable. Saving Moses will consider refunding donations (in its absolute discretion) if a donation to the organization was made accidentally — or in some other extremely unusual circumstance — and if Saving Moses receives a written request within 48 hours of the donation.
NightCare
What is NightCare?
NightCare provides safe overnight care for babies and toddlers of sex workers. Children receive clean clothes, a bath, a nutritious meal, age-appropriate activities, and a safe place to sleep.

What does NightCare do?
- It prevents further abuse and exploitation by taking these babies and toddlers out of the horrible situation when they are most likely to face abuse.
- It helps infants and toddlers to heal from the abuse and traumas already experienced, providing consistent and therapeutic caregiving.
- It provides an environment of love, health, and joy through healthy meals, a fun place to play, and loving nannies.
- It prepares little ones for the future by giving them tools to protect themselves and working with next-step organizations.
Are you helping mothers remain in the sex industry?
Our mission is to protect the babies and toddlers of sex workers. We show their mothers love and respect and, when possible, refer them to partner
organizations that may help them leave the sex work industry.

Severe Acute Malnutrition (SAM)
How are you treating Severe Acute Malnutrition? (SAM)
Our Malnutrition Feeding program supplies specially formulated therapeutic milk for babies and toddlers receiving clinical care for severe acute malnutrition. We also support meals for mothers and prevention education in rural communities.
Timely assessment and appropriate treatment can help children recover. Needs and outcomes vary by child. Learn about our malnutrition work and see published program results.
